Terms of service
Last updated: 21 June 2026
These terms govern your use of CoachPod Assist (coachpod.help). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
The service
CoachPod Assist is an AI event growth platform that helps coaches and trainers create event campaigns, registration pages, resources, feedback forms, and follow-up messages. AI-generated content is a starting point — you should review and edit it before use.
We are not an event organiser. You (the coach) are solely responsible for the content, delivery, and legal compliance of your events.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and profile information.
- Deliver events as described on your registration page, or notify attendees promptly of any changes.
- Use the platform lawfully and only for your own coaching business.
- Obtain proper consent before contacting attendees. CoachPod Assist helps you create consent-aware event communication. You are responsible for sending messages only to people who have opted in and for following your local marketing laws.
- Not use the platform for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any misleading or deceptive conduct.
- Not misrepresent your qualifications, credentials, or expected outcomes.
AI-generated content
Generated content may contain inaccuracies or placeholders. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring it is appropriate and compliant before publishing or sending.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in USD. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Founding-coach pricing applies as described at sign-up.
Ticket payments and fees
Paid event ticket sales are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record and handles tax obligations. CoachPod retains a 10% platform fee; you receive 90% of ticket revenue. Payouts are transferred to your nominated PayPal or Wise account within 3 business days of your event concluding.
Refunds for attendees
Refund requests from attendees are handled through Dodo Payments' refund process. We recommend publishing a clear cancellation policy on your event registration page. CoachPod is not liable for funds already transferred to you as the coach.
Availability
This is an early-stage product. We may change or remove features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability during launch.
Liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, CoachPod Assist is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or the content it generates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, except where overridden by mandatory local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
