Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like.
What does an “event” count as?
One event campaign — its growth kit, registration page, attendees, feedback and follow-up.
Do you handle payments for paid events?
Yes — paid event ticket sales are processed securely via Dodo Payments checkout. Attendees pay at registration and CoachPod transfers your share (90%) to your PayPal or Wise account within 3 business days after each event.
What is your refund policy for paid events?
Ticket refund requests are handled through Dodo Payments (our payment processor, who acts as merchant of record). We recommend coaches publish their own cancellation policy on the event registration page. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days of approval.
Which countries are supported?
We’re launching for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore with consent-safe messaging for each.
